How to Dubonnet

- 1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
- 1/4 oz. Theuriet Cassis
- 6 oz. Saison Dupont Belgian Ale
Add the Dubonnet and cassis to a mixing glass, then fill with ice; stir and strain into a white wine glass. Top with Saison Dupont; garnish with a twist of lemon.
